While I prefer to drink this in the morning, it’s really a refreshing drink that you can enjoy any time of the day!

Morning Green Juice
Energizing way to start your day! One batch makes about four 16oz servings.
Equipment
- 1 paring knife
Ingredients
- 3 romaine lettuce hearts
- 1 celery heart
- 3 cucumbers, peeled
- 2 apples (I use pink lady or honeycrisp), cored
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
Instructions
- Wash all vegetables and fruit
- Chop the ingredients so they fit well into the feeder of your juicer
- Add ingredients to the juicer to process
- Drink immediately or store for up to 72 hours
