This Low Carb Cauliflower Parm is a hearty favorite turned vegetarian and low carb. Cutting cauliflower into steaks and baked to soften topped with cheesy goodness — what more can one ask for?

Low Carb Cauliflower Parm
One of the hearty favorites turned vegetarian and low carb
Equipment
- Knife
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1" steaks
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 cup marinara
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit
- Put cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet
- Drizzle oil and add salt and pepper
- Place in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until fork tender flipping once halfway
- Once done, remove from oven
- Turn oven to hi broil
- Spoon marinara on each cauliflower steak and top with mozzarella and parmesan
- Place pan back into the oven for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp
- Serve garnished with parsley, basil or red pepper flakes
Notes
- Serve with a side of green beans or some other veggie dish to keep it a low carb meal
- If not low carb, you can serve with some rice or pasta
