Low Carb Cauliflower Parm
One of the hearty favorites turned vegetarian and low carb
Prevent your screen from going dark
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 40 minutes mins
Course Dinner, Main Course
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1" steaks
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 cup marinara
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parsley or basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Farenheit
Put cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet
Drizzle oil and add salt and pepper
Place in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until fork tender flipping once halfway
Once done, remove from oven
Turn oven to hi broil
Spoon marinara on each cauliflower steak and top with mozzarella and parmesan
Place pan back into the oven for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp
Serve garnished with parsley, basil or red pepper flakes
- Serve with a side of green beans or some other veggie dish to keep it a low carb meal
- If not low carb, you can serve with some rice or pasta
