Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls
It's like garlic bread but with flaky crescent rolls and cheese…what's not to love?
Equipment
- Parchment Paper
- 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury Crescent Roll (8 count)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 head garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degree F
- In a bowl, add softened butter, pressed garlic, parsley, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and mix well. Set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough and split at the seams to create 8 triangles
- Spread butter mixture on each triangle evenly on each triangle and top with shredded mozzarella
- Roll each triangle starting at the wide side
- Place the rolls on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Add to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

Notes
- You can adjust the garlic and cheese quantities to your preference. I love both, so I was quite generous 🙂Â
- While baking, the cheese and butter may seep out, which is completely fine and makes for some crispy edgesÂ
