Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls

It's like garlic bread but with flaky crescent rolls and cheese...what's not to love?

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pillsbury Crescent Roll (8 count)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 head garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degree F
  • In a bowl, add softened butter, pressed garlic, parsley, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika and mix well. Set aside.
  • Unroll crescent dough and split at the seams to create 8 triangles
  • Spread butter mixture on each triangle evenly on each triangle and top with shredded mozzarella
  • Roll each triangle starting at the wide side
  • Place the rolls on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Add to preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

Notes

  • You can adjust the garlic and cheese quantities to your preference. I love both, so I was quite generous :) 
  • While baking, the cheese and butter may seep out, which is completely fine and makes for some crispy edges
