This is one of my favorite breakfasts at home. Smoked Salmon, ripe avocado, toast and the Perfect Jammy Egg topped with Everything Bagel Seasoning hits the spot every time.

Are you drooling yet? You can easily make it yourself!

This breakfast bowl is composed of:

  • Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon – 2 oz (about 2 slices) per serving. I break up the slices into smaller pieces for easy consumption
  • Half a medium avocado, cut into slices
  • Slice of bread – I love this Roasted Garlic Sourdough bread from the Whole Foods Bakery section. Toast it to your liking!
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning sprinkled all over
  • Toppings – Chopped chives and small diced red onions
  • One Perfect Jammy Egg – Find the recipe for the best egg below! This has been my tried and true recipe that results in the perfect jammy texture every time.
