Dungeness Crab Avocado Toast
Adding seafood to the popular avocado toast on a buttery french bread has never tasted better

1 Medium Mixing Bowl
Knife
- 2 large avocados
- 1 pound dungeness crab meat
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 French bread loaf
- 2 tbsp butter
- crushed red pepper flakes
Mash the avocados and add in crab meat
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
Cut the French bread into slices
Add butter to a large saute pan and let it get bubbly
Add sliced bread and flip to get the butter on both sides. Let sit on one side to get toasted and flip
Once both sides are toasted, move bread to a plate and spread the crab and avocado mixture
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and serve
- If you prefer to serve as a dip, you can serve with mini toasts instead of French bread
