Serving size - This can vary based on the size of your potato. I have typically gotten 10 slices out of 1 large russet potato, which was devoured by me and my husband.
Bacon - I buy center cut bacon slices and I cook them in the microwave. It's quick, and always turns out crispy. To microwave cook bacon, line a microwavable plate with two layers of paper towels. Place bacon slices in one layer and top with another layer of paper towels. General rule of time is 1 min per slice, but this can vary based on your microwave power settings. I usually start with 3 minutes and continue with increments of 1 minute checking each time until it gets to the texture I want (I like my bacon extra crispy)
